Default From this , to that ! Power Wagon !

So i want to try a build thread(already built and put together, lol) So give or take about 12 years ago i got into RC, all cuz one day i was watching Monster Jam , i wanted a monster truck, bought a stampede, loved it , got my wife a ruslter , years later got the 2010 Slash 4x4 PE , loved it, then i said i want to slow down, so i did and started to buy all (most) my parts off eBay, long story short(sorry pic heavy) i started with a redcat and axail front rear axles then

Gradually starting changing it up

Then went to the Proline by the fire event , HAD HELP FROM ALL YALL to get me where i had to go and do ( THANK YOU)

Now fast forward to past couple of month's started with the Proline Dodge Power Wagon and this

Had a blast at the event... Seen a few guys from here, there, for the fews mins i was with them, great guys !!

Front gears went out....lol

My gears are fine but my housing, a nice lil crack , no wonder why the gears were making a noise, all cuz of that crack.

I wouldn't think that would happen, make the gears sound like that. I learned something new everyday. Really sounded like the gears were stripped , but nope, they are not .

Saw your rig out there at by the fire. Was very nice, well done. I had the flat green military power wagon.

So everything is done, apparently my Hot Racing steering link is bent a lil,
Is this steering link( https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?m...2F401116002875 ) a good replacement, or is there something different ?

So first i like to say these are beefy !

These steeeing links compared to my Hot Racing links, can't compare, these have a very strong feel to them, they feel well made

Now to test them out. I like them, I cannot compare them to any other SS links(first set) .

So the previous bumper that i had originally did not match up with the bumper mount, so i bought a SSD-RC front bumper for the scx10ii(of course y'all knew that already, lol) pics of it on.

So just gonna run the 48p pinion and spur since they came with it, just to see how that holds up, or if i like it or not....lol

That HH motor, QUUUIET ! Compared to the silver can ,DAMN, what a difference, glad i bought that motor. Thanks Holmes Hobbies.

Nice!

Yeah its hard to express how a Holmes motor feels, you just have to...... well feel it. They have such a beautiful mechanical sound to them along with being quiet.
