| Re: PFB's 80 Series Will do one the body is mounted, I'm guessing I'll have to limit travel with the rear 4-link. Radius arm's cycle feels a lot like a leaf setup.

I wonder... Maybe it takes time for the bushings to break in? Sent from my LGMP260 using Tapatalk |

[QUOTE=pigeonfarmboy;5844320]That's a Milwaukee portaband mounted to a Swag Off-road table. Love it! I do miss my larger bandsaw's throat depth every once in a while. Chassis was on the porch when I got home from work today!! Chassis is now a roller. Not crazy on the forward upper rear link mounting position but for now it will work. Need to cut a bit more out of the front bumper so it can mount further back. I feel like the front axle needs to go forward ever so slightly. Might be the pic angel though. |

Made up the awning and cover last night. Need to figure out how to mount it and make some legs for it so it actually functions. It's just held up with magnets now. Will have to form a different zipper pull or find an even smaller zipper. One more pass with filler/sanding and the tailgate should be golden! This took way longer than I had expected but it's worth it in the end. Rear bumper is just clamped on as of now. Needs to be mounted much lower. Front bumper mounted. I may bump it up just a hair to get a bit more "lift". Sanded down the strips that were glued in place to make more accurate rocker panels. Think I'll shave a bit more off. |

Mmmmmm chips......making some bolt-on rear fender mounts. I'll round off some of the corners in attempts to make it look better but after several failed fitments and versions, it kept having to mount lower down on the frame. Front needed a couple attempts to nail the height down too. These MIP HD Drivelines are slick! Had to order custom lengths from Supershafty Front: 25mm Female/35mm Male Rear: 35mm Female/110mm Male How it's sitting as of now with a sneak peek of the doodads planned! Getting the hood to open was a chore. I went through 5 revisions of hinges to get it working halfway decent. Need just a bit more up travel but it's good enough for now to move on. I will eliminate nearly all of this absurdity |

Been pulling my hair out trying to draw inner fenders while learning how to draw more organic shapes in Fusion360. I've made some progress but decided to change gears and tackle a bit more simple detail piece that will rarely be seen. Might have a co-worker print this out of TPU so I can still put in the hood ribs and make the insulator removable. (Might be getting too out of hand here.) |

Turns out that's a 60 series insulator. You all failed the test....including me. Good news is I'll be able to use it for the Manitou 60! It's really difficult to find good reference photos for the front underside of the hood so I'm sure I'll have to modify the front contour. |
