thanks mewalsh. Speaking of the 'ass over tea kettle'. It's documented clearly in that vid

Been spending all my buttons on the TRX4 but I really should get some SSD brass weights for those Pro 44's

If I remember correctly you are running VP Curries under yours?

Yep - VP Curries. I’m having a hell of a time trying to tighten up the turning radius though. I’ve got travel set to max on my Tx too. Not sure what the issue is. She’ll likely get all torn down and rebuilt this Winter. Thinking about using Steel-It coating on the chassis like I did with the Baja Rey.

The servo is strong? I don’t know much about Steel-It, but I imagine I will be needing to repaint before too long as well. Using a somewhat flexible coating seems like a good idea. Did you post up a Baja Rey thread?

Gotta lower my COG/balance mine this winter

Yeah, servo is 375oz @ 6v. I did post the Baja Rey in the general Baja Rey thread.

That caged Tundra is looking fine, smog!

A very solid truck...

One of those rare rigs that I could see being the centerpiece of a collection, the one to keep if you were told you could only keep one.

Thanks Durok! It’s slowly growing on me. Still needs some tuning however. I could see how once I get things dialed in it could become more of a go-to rig.

Got my understeer figured out smog. Also picked up a HW1080 ESC and a HH Crawlmaster 20T. I'm just thinking this rig will really benefit from a nice, smooth brushed system. The PP 3500kv Stubby is awesome, but I think it can be better served in another rig. Possibly a Capra!?

The 1080 is golden. Been my favorite brushed controller so far. I really need to get this Tekin dialled in for this rig. Its definitely buttery on the throttle, just not happy with the drag adjustment so far.

I think 3500kv could be fun in the Capra. I will definitely set mine up to have some wheelspeed. Unless a more appealing RC shows up before xmas, I suspect the Capra might be my deep winter build.

Yep - Already gave the wife the link to it on RPP. It was between that and the Enduro. Based on reviews and videos I've been watching, the Capra won out on sheer capability. Plus, who doesn't like a tube chassis!
