Re: RC4WD 1985 Toyota 4Runner by Leosworkshop Nice 4Runner! I built an original Hilux for a friend back in 1985, and I painted it almost that exact same color. Excellent work on the details too. I would like to find a set of rims like those in the 1:1 pic. |
Re: RC4WD 1985 Toyota 4Runner by Leosworkshop I love that body! Looks great |

Re: RC4WD 1985 Toyota 4Runner by Leosworkshop Leo- Both these rigs are absolutely gorgeous and all the scale detail work is truly top-notch. Question... How are you applying your metal badges? I'm getting ready to do some badging on a Hilux and I'm not sure the best route to go. I'm thinking spray adhesive applied to the backs of the badges then press into place. Just wondering how you do yours and if you use spray adhesive, what particular brand do you like? Thanks so much. |
Re: RC4WD 1985 Toyota 4Runner by Leosworkshop Hi Thank you so mutch! ;) I use simple glue for metal emblems... "thumbsup" Leo |
