| How would cover the gap between the cab and bed
I have a GCN 4 Ten chassis with a Tamiya Toyota cab and when I was looking thru my RC stash for parts, my broken 3D Printed ABS Plastic Trailer fell off a shelve and broke the trailer tongue off and I then decided too use it as a bed for the GCN, I made it so the bed is sitting between the rear shock mounts, and then centered the so the wheels are covered by the fender evenly and when you do that it creates a huge gap between the cab and bed, and would like ideas how to make the gap less noticeable ??, I was thinking a fuel cell, or maybe length the bed, but never have worked with printed ABS, so not sure, anybody have other ideas how to hide it or make it less noticeable, I 'm open to suggestions

Stretch the box, not too terribly difficult with sheet styrene.

I like this much better, I bought this 6th scale trailer, it's a Marx from 1979 and if I flip it backwards and add a little space between the cab and the bed the rear wheels are centered in the rear fenders, I have to make spacers too level the bed and thinking about using some thin aluminum plate and use Velcro to mount the bed instead of screwing the bed to the chassis, I don't like the look of what is now the tailgate cause the end of the trailer is tapered and just doesn't look right, I have a RC4WD TF2 spare tire mount and I could cut the tailgate out and mount the spare tire so it sticks out pass the end of the bed, still figuring it out cause I have too cut the bed for the rear shock mounts and that effects the spacing of the tire mount and how I mount the bed too the chassis

Do not intervene technically, the model looks right. If you visually do not like the empty space, you can visually remove it with paint or additional parts. If you plan to change the frame will spend a lot of time and not the fact that the technical part will be in decent condition.

A back rack (with a recovery winch if it fits) or shorten the box a bit and fit a DIY styrene cross-over stowage cabinet. https://www.emisales.net/winch.html https://www.buyersproducts.com/produ...set-floor-3184 Cargo Tool Boxes | Truck, Semi, Trailer, Diamond Plate, Aluminum D |
