| Re: hard body I've just done exactly that using these: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Body-Shell-...wAAOSw3YJZWFO~ Because the VS4-10 chassis uses the same skid-plate/trans mount location holes as an SCX10, you can use any Trailfinder body mounting brackets for an SCX10. The ones in the link above have a series of mounting holes so you move the cab fore-aft / up & down to centre your wheel-arches over the front axle as desired - although if you're running 4.19s or bigger, you'll probably still have to trim some of the arch (or mount the body really high) as the VS4-10 has a lot of travel. You'll also need to forfeit the VS4-10 sliders and/or stock battery tray unless you want to get creative with a Dremel. Hope that helps... |
