Nice metal work ! What size rod are you using and could you let me know of a good site to buy from ? Also could ypu also share your welder setting amps, cup size, tungsten size etc ? Thanks

I tig engine parts for aircraft turbine motors at work, so I use the smallest liquid cooled torch available, not sure on cup size, but I prefer 1/16 tungsten for most of the small welding, rc included... As far as weld settings I never need more than 60-70a at work, which is also plenty for the small rod like on this build. I get most of this 1/8 and 3/16 rod from Lowe's or Home Depot.  |

Nice thanks for the info, I also tig weld turbines for power plants but at Mitsubishi Hitachi power systems. I'll have to look around at other lowes and home depot's cause none around my area carry smaller rods. Quote:

Also cut out the battery tray. It's sits between front shock towers and almost on the front drive shaft. And Installed my servo winch. I love these ol KMS winches. |

Body is fully painted with Tamiya Metallic Red inside and Tamiya Flat Clear externally.
