Headed to central Oregon in the morning and hope to have good reports when I’m back.

Those wheels match perfect with the body I dig it!

Well I’m just headed home from my weekend getaway. I’m pretty impressed with this thing, super happy with the new motor. It needs some tuning but love the throttle curve. I Would like to get some high clearance links in the future. These flat irons in g8 are killer and wouldn’t hesitate to buy another set.

Na, I was in Bend for the weekend. We went and found a spot to run off highway 20 that was alright but spent a couple hours at Sawyer Park before we left today and had a blast
I’m not on social media at all so I don’t ever hear about comps going on. It’s unfortunate that’s where 99% of the posting goes on for local stuff

Are those flat irons sticky? What’s the overall height? I’m looking for some better tires.

They’re pretty large, 4.76” but a lot bigger than other tires I have that are listed as 4.7 Not as large as the jconcepts ruptures.. 4.9” but I’ll take these tires over those any day. I ran on lava rock all weekend with endless traction and they also work on worn slick river rock.

Thank you Fricker

Good to know there good on lava rock, that’s pretty much everywhere here.

My next question and sorry that this is off the topic of your rig.

Would you choose the flat irons over the TSLs, or rock beasts?

What foams are you running?

My buddies run the tsl’s In g8 and haven’t had any complaints. I’ve never ran them or rock beats. I’ve got the stock proline foams in right now and they work good. My trucks heavy enough that I’ll probably end up going 2 stage foams in the near future

Glad to hear it’s working well for you. Pictures from “back east” look awesome. Been wanting to plan a high dez trip for a while myself.
