Default Chinese LCG chassis

Not too bad...machining looks ok , weight and thickness is on spot ...lets see where it goes. For 40$ it cant be a mistake

Did they send out the chassis as a kit with some spacers, skid etc?

I made spacers/standoffs for R1 chassis sides using carbon arrow sections cut to size. Then took some plastic m3 hex standoffs and press fitted them inside with a few drops of expanding Gorilla Glue. They held together quite nicely. Just sand off the little bit on the ends. Easiest to cut with a small pipe cutter.

The $59 the Injora/PowerHobby LCG chassis kit looks similar and is a steal. Im mid-way through a build adapting the belt drive unit onto the Amazon Dig Trans and using Redcat Portals. So far it is coming together nicely. Using the Redcat axles because their 2/1 ratio compensates for the tall belt drive ratio.

Sure as shit got them shocks laying way down. The skid angle looks pretty steep. She looks smooth and wild.

What is the story on the belt drive? I am unfamiliar with it.
