Highlift crew cab dually (new pics)

Well I have started a highlift crew cab dually. All the body work is being done by stu aka dremelit on scale4x4. aka microgoat on hereI will just copy and paste the updates to here, The red text is written by stu in all these post please note that i am not the one doing the body work stu is

Another extendo-cab project http://www.scale4x4rc.org/forums/ima...ies/banana.gif Got a box in the mail today, and here's the progress so far.

The fill panel in the roof is 1/8 foam. I'm going to sheet the whole roof in styrene, to avoid an unsightly seam up the middle.

I used the A-pillars as extensions, since they have the correct contour. I need to tweak the rear window openings a bit.

The second bed will be sacrificed to make the fender extensions.

Should be fun.

The cab's done except for sanding. That's the fun part http://www.scale4x4rc.org/forums/ima...s/rolleyes.gif

Started on the dually fenders. The tricks is to make them exactly the same. We'll see if I can pull it off http://www.scale4x4rc.org/forums/ima...lies/laugh.gif
