Default 1.9 fj 40 build

this is my first scaler so all tips are welcome

specs
body:bushwacker
tires:high lift
wheels:high lift
body color:racing green and white roof
frame: custom made obijuan chassis
tranny:wk
motor:35t for now
esc:.??????
gearing:stock wk
2 tower pro servos1 sterring 1 winch
pede shafts
4-link with coil overs


sofar ive gotten the read susp made and installed body. ive made a winch mount made so it sits on top of the trans. the ride heigh will be lower then it is right now and that it for now.

link setup... i know its not perfect but it flexes like a leaf sprung truck

servo mount agian(winch)

looks good so far for a esc i would use a lrp cause it comes water proof and is a great and cheap esc

body color go with a tanish color like sand then put a white top on it

looking good chris, i like it so far. i agree with the tan, itll look good. and your 4 link looks good, but i sugest getting some sort of sideways mount, it looks cleaner, and its stronger

thanks i may go with the tan but iam thinking more of a green with a white top

and if your wondering the tapped out area is where iam gonna cut

well ive decided that a full tube frame is a little bit to complecated for me right now so iam gonna run a full body with a minor exo and ive painted most things chrome flat blackand put the body on the right place



this is almost maxin it out!(rear only)


camon guys tell me what you think about this

looking good i think the green will look sweet i would recomend putting some turned down tlt shocks on there that would look sweet keep us updated

still need to paint the roof white and make bumpers and front susp links
here some crappy teaser pics for now till i finish it as a roller

its a roller!!!!!
need to trim the srings down just a hair tho
here are the body and rolling chassis...only thing left to do is paint the roof white.

lower the body some, it looks like its got a big ol body lift on it. and those coil springs are out of control.

i will lower it, i just sat on the chassis to see what my truck will look like. and i have finished the trimming

i have not started to peice together my bumpers. and i decided justt to go ahead an paint the roof green.
will update once i finish the front bumper more.
