| 1.9 buggy build
I was bored and had a day off so I grabbed some brakeline and headed to the shop. This is what I've got so far. Nothing fancy just a buggy chassis and not my best work but I've only got about 6 hours into this thing so far. Not bad for a rush job. I'm actually thinking of putting my truggy up for sale/trade to build a F350 and/or this buggy. |

When you get a cover shot plus 4 page spread in a mag, with a chassis you built you can talk sh!t. Until then, keep building your crap and shut it! Last edited by rckjeep; 10-29-2007 at 11:15 PM.

I'm sorry, I didn't realize how cool you were. My mistake, boy forums are fun, no matter who you are you can seem tough by misspelling a curse word. Now I will reside back to posting about crawling and not bashing other peoples designs. Have a nice day.

| Is it that time of the month Have you taken notice to Daves join date? he has been here for quite some time and has built some pretty awesome rigs such as JIA's Ralph, Badgers flat bed on his yota, a Toyota Truggy which I think is now owned by 666/Pat. Plus I am failing to see what other tubers look just like this one? Do you have a link to them? Because I dont really know of any...

Yup...Dave has built some nice frames. I had to snap up the Ralph frame when it went up for sale. It's still one of my favorite trucks, and it's still a favorite here on the forums. The drivetrain has changed several times during the time that I've owned it, but the frame CANNOT be harmed. Chromoly baby! It's the one truck, where no matter what's going on, if you want to drive it...have at it. Anyone that was at the Nationals that wanted to drive it drove it. You can't hurt the thing. As Dave said, I've had this chassis in RC Driver several times...it's a tank. |

I must say thanks to all who have gone to bat for me. This is not one my better chassis, in fact I just threw it together one day. The other rigs I've built I am very proud of. After the last comp my latest rig "Mugsy" is the best performing rig I've ever designed. Now if my driving could catch up with my fab work. Milkshake if you ever head to Nor-cal, hit me up I'll buy you a beer and we can talk sh!t about each other designs |
