Love the dump action !! are you going to use an electric actuator to dump the bed ? or just a servo? I want to do a six wheeler so bad but i cant
bring myself to use 2 tlt kits to make 1 truck,,

Merry Christmas!!! no seriously i like the truck...i am with rcjeepbuilder i can bring myself to crack 2 kits for 1 truck...but that mog looks good. it looks like it has decent GC too. this is actually one of cleanest mog builds ive seen on here. are you going to be able to modify the rear fenders to fit the tires too...that would def. set it off.

They have been modified and tested,,,are right now in the paint box.
I'm painting them black. Same for the bed, black and silver.

Great work man !!

I'm in the progress of building a 6x6 as well, also with the Unimog body but now I'm not sure anymore :-(

I hope to learn from your build, the three link looks uhm ... different but good thinking there, I like it.

Only thing is the wheels, they look a bit tiny for this body or is it me ?

Keep it up

Just get you a pack of pede sliders and make youself a short shaft. They are reasonable priced and should hold up good with the 1.9s.

Maybe more space between the axles, use bigger tires and modify the rear fenders with styrene or sheet plastics ? You would probably have to lenghten the chassis too ...

Take a look at Nluvwithxlr8ing's build here: Cant resist... My 6x6 Build
On page #2 you can see a pic of the rear drive shaft.

Good luck.

Try using 4-tec shafts, or stock TLT bones.

Great work man ! It's really comming together now.
What paint did you use on the bed ? Is it Tamiya's ?

I like the way you detailed the hinges on the bed, look's like gun-metal ...

Sorry for overreacting a bit but I really like this build of yours, again: keep it going
