I'm not sure what he's going to use. He got a TLT kit so who knows.

4XADICT 06-19-2005 02:18 AM

Looks just like an All-Pro flatbed kit. Looks good so far, thats going to be a cool little rig when done.

SlinkySam 06-19-2005 10:42 AM

That is looking good. That should give him some weight out back to even out the balance. Actually, as the vehicle stands, it performs awesome. however, a shortened bed should give him some better clearance.

Can't wait to see the final product.

RCKJeep - That thing looks awsome so far! I am looking forward to getting it and taking pictures so I can submit it to some magazines. I am definitely going to get that thing powder coated!

Mike - Yes. I am just going to swap out my white body for the black flat bed and run it on my mounty chassis.

4XADICT - That is what I wanted it based off of. I love the look of the all pro flat bed.

1badjeepbruiser - The bed stay's with me. ;-)

well none of the mounts have been done yet. Once I actually attach it to the cab with bolts it'll be good.

Badger, I tried calling but no answer. Your Flat bed is basically done I need the truck to finish it. I need to make the mounts and thats it. Call me. I'll post up some finished pics later today.

rckjeep 06-19-2005 08:22 PM

Here's the latest pics, fenders all smoothed and awaiting the truck for final fitment

Body is going to look trick on Badgers Mounty. Are youi going to EXO cage the front cab also ?

RCkJeep, are you going to Cap the beds tailgate or leave it open?

Still waiting on Boyer for my Caged Mounty

BTW,I know my Paint EDIT skills are CRAP but Boyer does work "MAGIC"

I want to keep the tailgate are open and add some square aluminum tube at the end of the bed underneath. Then mount my spare tire in the bed similar to this http://www.allprooffroad.com/images/...it_shop_lg.jpg . I just ordered some scale diamond plate for it also.

I would like to exo the front also, maybe one day we can do that. I want to see how much more the truck weighs with the flatbed.

I was thinking about having Boyer build a tube chassis for my Mounty like you are doing. That should be very sweet!

rckjeep 06-19-2005 11:42 PM

Badger, do you want me to remove the crossbar I added and make it just like this one? Just let me know I can do it

I think this setup might be less prone to getting hung up when the truck is on it's side. What do you think?
