Default Rubi Red

Finally got to the roller stage and thought I'd post some pics.
The bumpers I made, and the roof rack started as a Proline, I narrowed it 1 inch and added the other rails plus lights. I am planning on masking the windows and painting the inside black and considering an interior. K2-3L chassis, RPP Beadlocks, Slingers, TLT axles with TCS rear lockouts, and aluminum c's and hubs up front. Debating on motor and ESC at this time. May wait and start on my tuber with T-Rex axles while I'm thinking.

It's a 50-50 mix of Testors flat black and gloss black. I found many years ago that it sticks to lexan pretty well. It will eventually chip with heavy flexing, but there is black under it too.

That is very nice. I like the color cordination. Those are the same color combos I am using for mine when I get to paint.

Can't wait to see this one finished. I really liked your high lift build... I still kick myself for being broke when you sold it.

I'll try and get some pics without the body on, but its just a basic K2-3L with no electronics yet, pretty boring.

I painted the inside dark to match the outside, looks much better now. Just have to find time to finish the interior. 2 projects going at once, the tuber is winning now.

Is the grey outline around the door windows a decal that comes with the body or did you paint it?
