X3. Paint looks good too, liking that blue. Now get a matching spare to top it off and ditch the redcat tire/wheel spare:thumbup:

Looks great! Wheely king axles right? Nice work on the paint, and it all flows together nicely. To make it more scale, I'd lose the axle mounted servo and use a cms, and you could find some smaller shock mounts (hot racing). But, it really looks good! |

My 0.02....paint that servo mount flat black if you dont wanna do a chassis mounted servo, the spare would add a little to the realism. But I have to say man, this thing does look really good. Looks almost like a kit. Great work and choice on the body.

| Re: blue raptor this is how it looked out of the box there were a few flaws in the body work also moved the light bar from the front windshield to the back of the roll bar and filled in the holes on the windshield to make it look more scale. And here is the real life version and also added some orange clearance lights above the windshield and a winch on the front bumper Last edited by colin1986; 09-05-2012 at 08:21 PM. |

That truck is a beast. That thing is HUGE. PS. I think you need to do a grammar check on that sig. It's warping my mind in the same way as an Escher drawing does. |
