Default Mongo's Bronco

I've been working on this build for a while, but haven't posted any pics of it yet. It's getting close to be being finished...here's some pics. It's a K2-3L, R2 tranny, TLT axles locked and shaved, Losi Rock Claws, HPI Bronco body, RC4WD beadlocks. What do you think?

Thanks for all the comments. No, it is not a replica of the Monster Garage Bronco, I just liked the color. Right now the Bronco is sitting at my friends house. He's the one who built the front bumper. He's also gonna build a rear bumper, sliders, and rollcage/spare tire mount.

Finally an update. My buddy sent me some pics of the rear bumper, check out the receiver hitch he built. I also bought a Rooster Crawler to replace my XRS. That way I don't have to run an RX pack for my winch servo.

If you're asking if I painted the body myself, then yes I did.

I originally had the rims painted black, but stripped the paint off, I thought it would look better for this build, but now I'm wondering if the rims would look better painted. What do you guys think?

We had a GTG this morning and my buddy brought my Bronco so I could see it in person. It looks really good. Still trying to decide about the rims. I didn't run it, still got a few more things to do on it.

That was a great color selection very popular on the Bronco in it's day

Pretty dang sick, I'd go with black saying that you have the black tubing, just to match it all. But the silver works just as well.

Thanks. I wanted to give it a "classic" look. I'm a firm believer in simple paint jobs.

I do like the look of the rims the way they are, but right now I'm leaning towards black. Not a big fan of bling.

The Bronco is finally back in my hands. All tube work is done. Here's some better pics. After I took these pics I took all tubing off and ground down the rough areas and repainted them.
