My Timber Wolf

Hi all,
Well I want to give a big Thanks to RPP Hobby for having everything I needed to build this bad boy.
I'll post up Spec's a little later as I'm still changing things around and adding more details.
But for starters here's what I got so far.
Thanks for Looking.

Nice Wolf, I see you have screws in your side panels how did you mount them????????

2JSC 01-25-2009 08:54 PM

How did you end up mounting them HR shocks on the top?

Very nice rig. "thumbsup"

DBmodels 01-25-2009 10:54 PM

Thanks ......

gotmax59: I used 1/4" nylon p-clips , they work fine so far.

2JSC: I used the stock shock bosses that came with the shock, but I added a extra spacer that was the same dia as the shock boss allows the shock to slide a little more and keeps the shock from binding...
The back was easy it was the front that was a pain getting to work smooth.

Here's the pretty much finished wolf. I still need to pain a couple things and still need to add my air bottle.
Wheel base is at 13 Inches.
track is a tad under 10inches.
3 inches of g/c.
stock Axial axles.
Punisher shafts.
Axial gear box.
123mm double spring HR Shocks.
RPP limited edition 2.2 Alum/beadlocks.
Rock crusher X/T 2.2 tires
Rooster S/C.
Integy steering linkage.
Thats about it .....

Ah - See, not being able to mount mine vertical will cause some issues. Need to use some tubing or find a shock cap that will work that has a capture ball on it.

Thanks for the info though. "thumbsup"
