Default SWAT Assault Vehicle...PICS DONE RIGHT THIS TIME

Here it is guys, my first thread, my first build....please be nice.
Started with a WK.
HPI Fireball 15T motor
Stock WK axles/trans
homemade aluminum chassis
swamp dawg 2.2 (rears are cut)
proline 8 shooter beadlocks
proline chevy silverado body
losi desert truck rollcage w/ spare tire carrier
lightbar off cheapo walmart toy (non-working for now)
traxxas gear as follows:
waterproof esc, servo
summit bumpers

did you paint everything under the lid? if so did you do it all together or piece by piece

once i got everyhting on the chassis i painted it. the under side of the body was done too. the bumper has no paint on it. its not a true flat black, its a semi flat paint. i have a f650 body too, maybe thinking bout doin it up in a SWAT theme.

First thread First Build ..... Excellent Job!

I like it a lot... good use of all those different parts for different trucks.. came together really nicely .. keep us posted on how it performs for you.. id like to see some pictures of it chasing criminals .. on the rocks

Dude looks cool! I would just try and lower the body a bit and get that light working! Make an interior with cops inside! Shotgun! Radio! Sha-Bang!

what kind of paint did you use im going for the satin black look on the outside.....did you use lexan paint first then apply the flat black?

well guys you aren't gonna believe me when i tell ya the paint i used is simply Krylon.....i sprayed a primer on it first, wet sanded it with 800 grit and shot the semi flat krylon on it
