Default first try at a scaler

put you up to date quick like. comp crawling is what i do, and had no desire to scale until my buddy Devlin wouldn't shut up about it and kinda told me i should since i like doing 1:1 build for a living so I gave it a shot. i'm not to much worried about rules as this will be just a beater, but may comp on local basis where i'm sure they wont mind my company. pictures may be out of sequence but i'll do my best. keep in mind this is a first attempt. I wish i took pics of the body before i started but this is what i did. took 7/8" section out of the middle and doved the nose from 0 down to 1/2" and sectioned it all back together, here is the bumper at stock width.

yes, I'm putting a light bar as a visor under the cab behind the windshield.
just never put the windows in it yet due to 2 more coats of clear over the vinyl

I have the windshield made, but the side windows will be net. I just needed to figure out if i was going to use interior before i installed it.

I have no idea, just got em on a deal off of the back of a wrangler
My latest idea today is instead of an mp3 player I was thinking of an old
hand held police scanner dismantled and placed in there somewhere with
the speaker behind the spare tire. So it would sound like real police car with
the scanner going off like a squad car. THANKS FOR ALL THE GREAT COMMENTS, I'll POST MORE WHEN I DO MORE. Rocky

thanks for the info, I want it behind the windshield since it's a newer body
style and a clean look. Besides with the pounding i plan on doing with it half the lights would be hanging off

my lhs owner is at the big hobby expo somewhere and found the perfect
lights for the truck, so when they get here I will get em installed and post
up some action shots. I'm thinking of leaf springs on the rear and some
jp custom links on the front, they resemble a ford twin eye beam if you stare
at em long enough. What would be a good set of leaf springs since
I have no idea on what works and this is my lazy man research center
