Default Black Widow JK

I have been working on this for a while, but I havent really been keeping track of everything, and posting a build thread...I know im a slacker..

New bright JK body comp cut rear
axial axles w/ all the goodies
k2-4 chassis
2.2 rok lox
axial wheels
chassis mounted servo (645)
some custom metal work
custom paint work
blah blah blah

I have been working on this now for a while, I am going with a black and red paint theme, with other ideas (hence the name) still got a lot of work to do, but it is a fun project so far.....My dad already says it will be sold within a month (for those of you that dont personally know me, I sell everything, in short periods, and have been dubbed a member of Team For Sale luckily, I am not alone)

Well, I recently have been working on the paint. I got the JK all masked off the way I want. Hopefully it will look as good as I am hoping.

what I started with:

I am going with red webs, and black body.

How she is sitting right now

SHES UP AND ROLLING!! So excited to get this out and about! I still gotta fix some things on it, and finish painting some other stuff. Gotta figure out my rear suspension a little more.

I absolutely love your truck and theme. Really want to do a JK, see them everywhere but don't know where to find a body nowadays. Where did you get this one. I jsut built a 2.2 with a 12.75 wheelbase and this would be perfect!

Well as we all know going up doesnt hang on to trucks for longIve ended up with this rig. Ive made a few changes and am about ready to roll it into the paint both. Here are the changes so far;

* redid the front suspension
* redid the rear suspension
* upgraded the shocks to prolines...worth every penny
* Redid the front bumper
* Added a rear bumper
* Reworked the sliders mounts
* Water proofed everything
* added a rc4wd winch with its own battery
* new wheels
* cut the top off of the body
* added a roll cage...you can never be to safe

It works great and just needs some fine tuning...
