you have a lot of flex that may do you more harm then good,,,right at a tires height or maybe a little more,,but what you have is really way more than you will probably want,,,try hyperion for lipos and electrifly for a triton eq balancing charger

get your motor/trans mounted then see if you can mount your esc on the fornt lower links,,try the Rx on the rear axle

it seems to have a good low center of gravity, its pretty equally ballanced if you ask me..
so here are some updated pics with the tranny and motor, im still deciding on wich dig i should buy due to the lack of space. im thinking im going to mount the reciever infront of the t-case input gear, the esc over the motor and im hoping i could squeez a dig/ servo and a lipo that will do me good but as small as posible

If your looking for a good link mount to weld/braze to your chassis you might wanna look into chain links. Not the loop type the bike type. Most hardware stores have them.

YEEEAA i actually needed to push my rear upper four link mounts back more cause the angle is a bit gnarly on the shaft, thats a great idea ive got a bunch of bmx chains around my house so that will work great cuz its mildsteel!
if i got more feedback like this homie than it would be great!!!

It's all trial and error if you ask me. I have posts up that I needed advice on also. I got some good responses to my tlt build but i have an OFna build up too and no response. One thing I noticed about your rig is the tires,, I think your gonna hate em. I have the same ones and they don't grip very well. I bought em cause they where big, but that's all they're good for in my opinion.

ya for sure i was kinda wondering why no one was responding lol im assuming people are gathering their own info..
but ya i have had these tires for a year or so.. and ya they do hella suck..
im thinking the weight mite help a little with them but im still deciding on a good rubber compound/ wich tire. i here the losi's are baller but i like the look alikes ill most likley have to downgrade but itl' probly help my vertical climb..
on the other hand, i picked up a new tekin fxr combo today cuz i was running a horrible 27t axial for some dumb reason and my rooster crawler got fried.. it all fits nice and tight im pretty sure im going to mount the saddle pack under the front end or the hood you mite call it.. i just dont like it on the axle its lame..

not done yet if anyone was thinking that, i just got some 16 gage mild sheet steel so i should be fitting up some body panels pretty soon, and i was probly going to get some plexiglass and make some windows. Than paint!
---WHAT COLOR?(is anyone that cares to suggest)
---HOW DO I GET THIS UGLY GREEN ANODIZED PAINT OFF?(is it possible)
---WHATS THE SHORTEST 1/10 SCALE AX10 LOWER LINKS?( driveshaft angle is exessive)

4 wheel steer, dig, mean looking little chassis with some real attitude in the panels. Not comp legal at all unless your up here in Canada. I like it. Get some door panels on it and a shot of paint. Or just leave it raw and go for the Mad Max look.
