Default Bangin Bible Holla!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I wanted something new to play with.
Funds have been low around the house so I had to use what I had laying around the house and Kamikaze's house

Jeff had the body so that was a good starting point.I still have allot of work to do but here is what I have as of now.
I wanted a Southern style rig not a small tire rig that the body covers the tires. That's just not my style.
So a kinda low rig with cut fenders and a big set of tires is the game plan.

I just used some square tube for the frame and 3/16 rod for the boat sides and cage.
I had a set of axial axles, and trans so that is the drive train.
After a trip to Jeff's tonight I come home with a set of 1/4 elliptic springs to try for the rear suspension and a set of turned down TLT shocks.
I am not real sure what I am going to do for the front suspension yet maybe Coil springs?

I was able to scrape up a set of RC4wd 2.2 rok lox that will be here mid week so I just used leopards to have something to build around.

Well here is what I have so far.And a big thanks goes out to Jeff for letting me raid his basement for parts.

You know you're building beefcake when your frame is the size of your taillights......Skinnnnnnny Peeeeeeeeedal!!!!!

I'm real interested to hear how the 1/4 elliptical rear works in the little trucks

Pedal to the floor and Holla!!!!!
I am not sure how the little Quarter elliptical setup will work. There is not much weight to make it function but it looks cool.

Looks sweet!!! That's one thing about this economy. Just when everything is able to be store bought seems like I am back to the old days and raiding for parts and finding things stuffed away that can be used for super cool builds. I have been trying to figure out what to do with all those outrunners I have sitting around.
