I've been slowly making progress with this rig. I got the snorkel/intake assembled and mounted, went to Savage bumpers, and added lights to the front, back and hood. I also stuffed the SR and reciever in a Hitec servo case. It's at least usable to bash in snow and shallow water now.

Some are VW stickers, some are SW stickers. The VW stickers on the lights were the only thing I had that was the right size. I'll end up towing the bug bodied 2.2 rig with it eventually too. | |

Reminds me of that big orange 70's blazer that was in Top Truck Challange a while back. it had the same Handicap bathroom rails on its fenders too. Really sweet build. |
