Here is 4 more pics. All the tube work is done. Just need to do shock mounts and mount for spare tire. The spare tire is just sitting there in the pics. Enjoy. |

Here are the last 3 pics before it goes in a box. With the way the truck is now during full flex there is a tire rub. The body may need to be trimmed out to clear the tires. Or opt for smaller tires. I will leave this up to the owner. I have cut up his new body enough. Also at full flex the inside of the tires just barely hit the shocks. By narrowing the inside of the wheel this problem would go away. Depending on the shocks that are used this may not be an issue. Last edited by BrandO; 01-25-2006 at 03:14 PM. |

I forgot to mention. While there is a Geolandar on the spare tire mount. I also allowed enough room for a Moab. So a spare Moab can be slapped on there.

Yes body is 1/10 with a wheelbase of 11.5". I know everyone will say paint the chassis black. But I say put some color on it. If I built a 1:1 like this I would paint the chassis something other than black. I would choose a body color first and then choose a chassis color to match. |

i have always liked black rims. i am also going to paint my chassis silver to. i painted my body black with old school flames in white. it came out good, but it has some flaws here and there. KEvIN |

Well, I was lucky enough to get my hands on this awesome truck. It will be side by side with it's brother the courier. I will post some continuing build up pics, the truck is still bare and undone. I will be striving to make it as nice or nicer than the courier. Stay Tuned.
