What are the width of those axles? Those might make for some nice 1/6 scalers

First Thanks sloppy for finding these knuckles. I searched and searched for place that carried the DF-03 dark impact knuckles that were in the u.s. Finally found a place. http://www.thetoyz.com/cart/thetoyz_...9492&cat_name= Wanted to show the difference in height. Looks like I'm going to have make tall shock hoops to keep the panhard bar and tie rod level. You can see the diffence between stock knuckles and 3racing knuckles. They help angles out alot. Wish G-made would come out with their own hi steer knuckles. Last edited by eric113; 06-28-2010 at 06:27 PM. |

Looks good, but with my experience from the TLT days and those knuckles, be careful, they are very weak...

First off I'd like to say thank you Eric for being so very patient! I've had this for a while, but is now full steam ahead. Thanks E! Spent some time getting it to sit lower so the stock dimension could be used for the shocks. Modified the shock/lower link mounts by removing the shock mount part, thanks sloppy, and moved the shocks down with the links. Perfect now and nice and smooth. Next, worked on getting the Summit trans lower. Found a pretty good mod for the jason mount. Instead of using the Delrin spacer/mount, I bent the bracket in the brake and wella. Bolts right down on the skid it's self and lowered it about a 1/2". Now for some of what the tube work is going to look like. Should be sending this home mid week next week.....yah!
