I keep seeing magazine ads for Blue Torch. Sounds like a good idea and their product seems awesome!
It worked for Clifton at Poison Spyder.....I'm surprised it took this long for others to make custom crawlers for the public.

No I didn't bend the tube for it. I'm thinking on building something scale like it.

How do you mean? There are several dozen chassis shops all over the country and have been for several years. Hardly any competitor in NUEROC, UROC, EROC etc has a buggy from the same manufacturer.

checkout pirate - there's so many pics of tube chassis' on there it would take you day's to go through them all.

That's my buddy Nick's old Samurai. He sold it and bought the grey LandCruiser that's pictured in the Blue Torch Projects page. The Sami was pretty cool.... 4.3 V6, full width Chevy axles, 37" Bogger's. The green Zuk with the pretty silver cage on the Blue Torch site belongs to RXCrawler. My buddy Jason owns the 'Blue YJ'.... hell everybody I know has some Blue Torch Fab on their rig. They do good work.

I need some help. I'm planning on using a TJ hood and grill but I don't have one to get some measurements. Does anyone feel like giving me the length of the hood and the width of the body less fender flares?

So here's the first batch of bent tube. So you are looking at the main frame the A pillars and a center A piller and a dash bar. I ran out of sheilding gas so I've have to get my tank filled tomorrow and try and tack weld this thing together. I'll bent up a B-pillar hoop tomorrow along with the rockers, and rear section that will be parrallel to the ground .

it will look something like this with a TJ hood and grill

It's coming together. I'll try and get some more done by the weekend. It's suprisingly symetrical. I didn't think I would get it this striaght and true. But we'll see what happens
