building this for a friend, he lives 2 hours away so this will be a little easier to show him what i am doing.

Nice start!

Going with the stock JK wheelbase, or shortening it?

The pan on my JK hangs on everything because of the wheelbase versus ground clearance. Shortening my tuber chassis at this point would be a huge deal, so I will probably be bumping up to 2.2 RokLox.

he is going with roklox. they are so big when mocking them up in the stock wheelbase location it looks just right. the wheelbase on my jeep is 12 with the same wheels and i do just fine. one inch longer shouldnt be a problem for a basher.

Lookin good. You didn't waste any time on that. I thought there was gonna be a delay in the build with everything you have goin on right now.

there will be a role bar in the bed and in the pictures you can see that there is no support for the bed not to break behind the cab. i have a idea what to do about it but dont like it , will be adding alot of unwonted weight so a second opinion on what to do would be nice.
