I scored this body at my local thrift store this week. Plans are to cut the bed off & tube the rest. Here some specs: -Functional Winch -Three linked rear -Led Headlights/Bajas * -Remove Doors * And then the basic crawler setup TLT axles,Lathe motor blah, blah, blah This one is going to take awhile, but will be worth the wait.Keep checkin in on this one it should be good. Here are some pictures of what I've completed so far. Please note this chassis is "UNDER CONSTRUCTION" and far from finished. The rear end will be dovetailed. Also, I am fabricating a tranny right now.I'm leaning away from the Traxxas tran and want to try something a bit more original. Look for the build up thread later this week, Can you guess what????? (It will be a good one). Enjoy. |

Looks good so far. Are you going to completely remove the doors or cut those cool notches in them like I've seen in the magazines?
