Default Zach's new 4 door TTC Jeep

Next on the list of projects to do was my new TTC/Class 3 rig. I had been struggling trying to figure out what to do after I sold my Vicious Taco but I saw the new Proline 4 door JK and while I thought it was going to be huge because of the size of the 2 door it's quite a bit smaller and perfect.

Here's the plan, or what I have so far at least.

Built off SCX-10 of course
Vanquish Products Hurtz dig just for fun, all metal geared tranny
Axial Axles, beefed up, Super 300's (looks like it's time for a garage sale to raise funds
MIP Driveshafts
CAC wheels
Proline TSL's around Utah and probably Pitbulls elsewhere because they aren't legal for the scale comps here.
Custom bumpers, sliders, cage
Lexan interior
Axial Shocks
7t puller on 3s
Hitec 7980 TG servo front, chassis mounted of course, maybe rear steering too
Axial high clearance links drilled to 4mm
BTA steering
Servo winch or two
Etc

I've got to decide how much of the top I am cutting off but I know the colors will be gunmetal gray with orange.

Another awesome Just Zach build begins. I was getting worried we wouldn't be seeing a new build from you for a few more hours at least since your Bronco just got wrapped up. :P

Winches, dig, front and rear steer. You going stick radio with this one, or just lots of switches ?

Looks like a good base. Will be interesting to see what you come up with for tubework on this one.

Well I'm limited to 4 channels so I'm going to have to decide. Winch is a must. I think I could rig it so I could have a switch to change from dig to 4ws but end points can be an issue there. It would be pretty easy to have a switch that would operate either the winch or 4WS. I think 4ws is the one on the chopping block if anything goes.

This is slightly the inspiration. The idea really but it's not going to be a model of it. I do like the look of the cage though.

It might be a little painful to watch. I really hope it turns out good. I'm really winging this one but that's what I almost always do so I'm hopeful.

That's one bigass Jeep you're basing that on I think your tires might be too small

Guess I better come up with some Flat Irons.*

* Disclaimer: I was just being facetious with that bet.
