I didn't think I'd have a chance to but I got a little done.

Ooooh GCM transfer case. This thing is so small. Very smooth and very nice machine work.

Axial parts tree steering wheel for now.

I picked up some JConcepts wheels. The track width was too narrow on the RC4WD OEM wheels.

I still have to work on this hood. I'm thinking about fiberglass since I have past experience when I used to make surfboards. But a plug and mold just takes so damn long to make. We'll see.

There will be plenty of room for the seats by using the T-Case.

Very nice Dave, I may have missed it but what are you going to use for a trans.-motor mount? That transfer case really does give you alot of room for the cockpit.

Thanks Bill. I'm work on the cross member for the transmission now. I'm going with an Axial trany. Yeah, this T-case is unbelievably small.

I got some team3six seats and diamond plate floor installed. These seats are really light and look nice. The detail in the seatbelts is unbelievable.

Thanks Dave. It's 16" long with a 12.5" WB. I cut off the front 2" of the SCX10 chassis which proved to be a mistake. It made my steering setup much more of a challenge.

I actually got it running today. It worked pretty good other than the steering, it could be better. I also need a solution for the drive shaft from the tranny to the T-case, it's the weak link.

The tranny and motor just squeezed in.

The weak link.

You can see that 2 maxx shafts won't fit. I have an MIP on the rear but it was too long for the front so I went with the maxx shaft mod setup.

Fuel cell.

It holds the receiver.

1/4" stainless upper and lower links.

It's obvious that the steering needs more work.

Thanks. Just for you, one hand on the cam and one hand trying to drive a twin stick.

Thanks, yeah it was close. You can tell I monkeyed around with it quite a bit by all the chipped paint in that area.

Worked on the panels a little bit today. Waiting on a new body so I can redo the hood.
