Talking BrandO Courier Buildup

Here it is, a pre-runner styled courier from none other than BrandO. It will have bed rails, 12.5 inch wheelbase, laydown tranny, and slightly angled shocks. I will be giving up some of the scaleness of your traditional BrandO built in order to gain a little more capability on the rocks. Here's the start, and it needs a name! Suggestions are welcome.

Looks nice as always BrandO, hey armed, how much of that body are you planning to cut to make it work? I had to cut a lot of mine, and mine is only 11.5" WB.

I'd like to cut enough body away to make it work, but nothing that you couldn't do in 1:1 scale. Know what I mean? I'll keep you all updated with pics.

Well, because of the longer lead time on BrandO's rigs, here are some specs while we wait...
645MG for steering
Pede sliders, matal yokes both sides
55t Integy
SMC 3600 stick packs
Ultra narrowed Moabs, waiting on casey's delrin beadlocks
Locked TLT's, locked pede.
TG10 Outdrive cups
Maxx shocks, springs to be decided
Pinion and spur teeth to be decided
Still need name and color suggestions!

Well it's pretty slow going because of the new job. But It will start to take shape. I got some more done this weekend. I ran into a small issue with the upper front links. I had to made a different servo/link mount. This slid the servo forward a bit. And it also allowed for longer links. End result equals better flex. I just need to make some longer links for the new mount. The shock mounts are done and have plenty of options. And the body is mounted. The back of the body is a bit low. So I plan to make another mount and lift it up a bit. Here are the pics.

i think a brown/tan like color would be cool. something that you would actually see somwhere on the trail. or how about a flat primer grey color? paint it like billy bob, with the main color on the outside and a rusty like color on the inside, so as id hits rocks and stuff, it takes off the paint.

I was going to put mirror chrome on the inside, and lay down a flat desert camoflauge on the outside, so as it gets hit you see the "metal" revealed. The frame will either be flat black or a basic rustoleum brown. Still thinking about a name...
