| The Wifes Bronco
I started with a EB body ... It was a great looking body but, with no paint masks it was going to be more hell than I wanted to get into. I started doing some tube work. Yes, the tubes are welded to the steel plate. Still a bunch of tube work left but, should look good when Im done. |

why not? I was originally going to just mount the body on the scx-10 chassis and then decided I really needed to do some tube work. Ive never cared musch about the body mounting, as long as the body stays on and it doesnt look too bad Im ok with it... afterall, its still a toy at the end of the day.

| You'll pay for that comment tomorrow... I did a little bit of tube work tonight, its a little fancier than I usually do. Still need to fix the pass side of the upper windshield tube, it isnt lined up perfectly, Ive still got to figure out how Im going to connect to the scx chassis. |

The majority of the tube work is done now and the chassis has been removed from the steel plate. I still need to wire wheel everything and reheat some joints and clean them up. As shown the chassis weighs only .66#... my daughter already sat on it and no bends (she is about 25#). Light weight and strong, just like a chassis should be. |

The wife went thru my available colors and chose Purple, I then suggested a 2 tone and she agreed |

finally got some time without "Daddy's little helper" so I was able to get the links and shocks done. Still allot to do, the servo has to be relocated, trans and electronics installed etc. |
