Default R/C~bums 2.2 "Patriot"

I got a class 3 entry for msd nats so i need to build my truck I suppose...
i wont tell any one what I am building until some one guesses right. its going to be all Red White and blue (GO USA!!!) ill have pics posted today by 4:00 pm. Its going to be all metal and sick!

I bet its going to be a RED WHITE & BLUE class 3 with 2.2 TIRES. and i bet that your going to have a ESC, SERVO, MOTOR. and possibly some cage work done. just a guess how close am I? lol

I use a vise and what ever I have lying around. I started using a K&S Bender on a couple easy spots to see how it worked. Most of these bends are too complex for it though

this is my magical man! he will do anything if i cant! he just bent it in the vise and with his hand. he is pretty talented at what he does.

OK so I got some more rod, and I decided on my motor and esc choices.
well I straight up broke my tranny and motor out of my blitz.

took it out, and put it in the losi comp crawler tranny!

yes that says 5700kv!

So I finally got my bender aka. Sobin3d to do some work.... I tried and screwed it all up, so I decided that i do not need to be doing tube work!
here is some pics.
The roof is now bent up, it looks like a spider type thing.




That's all the farther we got yesterday.

OK so I just realized that I have 14 days to get this done! I need some more tube work,welding,panels,sandblasting,powder coating,trans mount, and final assembly. ill have pics in a couple of minutes of my new tires on my wheels.

So I put the tires on the wheels and good foams are in. I'm not going to mount the rings because there getting powder coated blue.
