Arrow My Toyota Tundra Project

Well since the jeep is basically done, I finally get to start my new project. This has been a long time coming, im very excited.

Some of you may remember ryans old leaf toyota with the funky bed, I always loved that truck. I never got to see it in person and I always wanted it. well it was on ebay about a year ago and I screwed up and walked away from my computer and was outbid.....the next day I ordered up a tlt kit and built my scale black rubicon. But the time has come for me to build that truck. so here we go

So far

Bruiser frame
Jugg leafs (single leaf setup)
Pede trans
Tlt axles
Parma tundra body (looks nothing like a tundra and is ugly as hell but, its a toyota)
Bruder unimog bed (thanks to ryan and the orcrc scale parts)
Yokomo mirrors and wiper
Hellfire bumper

Im thinking I will paint the body a tan ish color or maybe a dark brown with a black bed and black wheels.

But anyways heres what I have so far, Lots of updates coming soon :-P

TJ, I am very excited to see how this turns out. I have been kicking around a simular idea. Your hi-lift for your jeep should be on your doorstep anyday now.

Finally got some time to work on this.

Got the tranny mount/skid made and mounted, got the rear axle on. Had to ditch the jugg leafs in the rear, now running bruiser single leafs with an elliptical setup, i think thats what its called.

Next week i will be able to spend more time on it, still need to make a mount for the frame mounted servo, batt mount, body mount, bumper mount. Also waiting on parts.

final list will be

bruiser frame
jugg leafs front, bruiser rear
pede trans
tundra body, bruder bed
narrowed nitro pede wheels (will be black with rock rings)
narrowed masher 2ks
lrp waterproof esc
motor is up in the air right now, needs to have some speed to it
hitec 645 in the frame
crap radio
other stuff that i cant think of right now

Flex's quite well, just need to spend time getting the shocks positioned right, so i dont lose any flex.

starting to come together

Dude I would so use those "narrowed" M2ks on Pede's that you're flexing up on. Talk about scale, that would look AWSOME!

Nice work so far!

Thats the spare, its a old school masher that i narrowed. They really do look like tractor tires, i was thinking about using them but there a bit hard.

My parts should be here today so i will start narrowing the m2k's
