Took it out for some more testing. Had two problems:
First, the shocks were way to soft for all the weight. Solved it by changing the springs to stiffer ones and added 20wt oil. There was no oil at all in them.
The second problem is one of the pins on the drive shaft backed out a bit and rubbed on the drive gear. Used some locktite on it. We'll see if it holds.
Here are some action shots.

I know.....pretty lame, but thats all I got for now.

Getting close to the end. Still got tweaking to do. Also gotta find a better place to run it.

Update....
Added a couple scale accessories and made this tow strap.

Finished up the dash gauges and installed the steering wheel.

Took some measurements. The wheelbase came out to 11 1/4".

Here are some different angle shots.

You're looking like an old pro! The dash and overall build is really impressive! No wonder why your wife is getting on you! It's probably a little top heavy, for that, you could always run a droop setup or semidroop (look it up!) Also, with the shock setup, you could run a couple of the HR springs (2 of the included) in the shock body. I didn't run oil in mine...on the dually. I also removed some of the rubber o rings. You won't get dampening, but with a crawler setup you might not need it. The shocks will recoil quicker and the springs will keep it at the ride height easier. My shocks were way sluggish until I did that little mod. As for more wheel speed, a 35 will certainly wake it up. Holmes hobbies seams to be the go to motor. PM him and tell him what you're doing and he'll set you up. A 35 turn with different slots makes a big difference. Do some research and you'll get way too much info on motor specs! He doesn't mess around!

Very nice wreckluse.I have a question about your headlights.I know you said you used a 10mm led but what did you mount it too? From the pics I couldn't tell.

This was a PITA! I went to radioshack and bought a set of lamp holders, they come with R and G lenses. I made a bezel out of styrene to fit flush in the TSS grill. I bored it to accept the threaded lamp holder. The plastic part of the lampholder is 10mm so the LED's fit perfect. If some closeup pic's would help you, LMK.

Thanks for all the comments!
Pretty much finished with the build. Ended up making a few setup changes. I decreased the shock lengths to 110mm. Put on some wider offset wheels for more stability and weighted the fronts. I'm using a 3S lipo to give it some speed. Seems to work really well.
Here are some pics:

Lipo placement

Hitec 645 MG Servo

Secret switch for the winch

And finished !!!!
