thanks, they will be 14mm.

did a little more to it this weekend. made a simple dash to finish the interior off. mounted the head lights and finished the fenders with some sheet metal.

last i had to put the front end together to see what kind of room i have to fit the servo winch in there.

thanks Bart, got a local scale comp coming up soon so i need to get in gear and finish this thing.

did a little to it today. mounted magnets to the inside of the hood, when it shuts they sit on the metal fenders to keep it closed. using a servo winch so no need for a bumper, just mounted a fairlead to the stock cross member to guide the line. heres a side shot if this thing.

That is a Saweet rig!! I like the wheels. Did you have to special order them to get the 1" width?

thanks, no special order for the width they come in 1'' and 1 1/4''. i did have to get custom 14mm hex offsets made for them.

got this thing just about done. some shaving on the rear axle to clear the frame when it flexs up. mount the seats when they show and it will be all done.

forgot to put a link to the build on the axles. they where the first thing built for this whole build.

http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/kyosh...2-2-axles.html

mounted the winch up front.

had to shave some off of the frame to clear the front drive line.

running a three channel so i had to wire a toggel switch to run dig and the winch on the same channel. went with a on/off/on switch so if for some resson they both act up at the same time they can both shut off.

its all hidden and out of the way from getting snaged, but what a pile of wires this ended up having.

the rear drive line was to steep to work so i had to push the axle back 1/2''.

Looking awesome Joey!

Do you think adding a on/off switch for both the dig and winch servo would help you out? Seems like a lot of switches, but it keeps you from spending $210 on a 4pl.

Rig looks great Joey for some reason though the side view makes the front stubby. Almost like the front axle needs to go forward more. Pictures never do a rig justice though.

thanks justin

it was cheaper to wire the dig and winch through one toggle switch than buying a 4pl and extra recievers for all the other rigs. will see this weekend but i think it wont be a problem using it. its hidden but in a very open easy part of the chassis to get to.

the front could go forward a little. but the combination of the servo mount, winch and panhard. that is the furthest the axle can go. also moving the rear axle back 1/2'' didnt help the look of the front.

Whoops, I guess I didn't type that clear. I was saying, if you put a ON/OFF/ON switch on the red wire to the DIG/WINCH servos. I guess the only problem in doing that, is your DIG servo mini not keep it in 4x4...maybe you could put a spring to hold it in 4x4 or something. Ok....that's enough thinking from me....lol.

BTW, can't wait to see this on Sunday.

thanks, trying my best to get it to look somewhat like it.

did some small stuff to it. needed somewhere to mount the on/off switch so i made inner fenders and mounted it on the passenger one.

made a little notch on the housing to get some more steering. at full flex and steering it has about 3/16 from rubbing. i can get that last bit out of it but i have to make a new tie rod and shave some meat off the knuckle.

later on i need to find how to push the axle forward. in the first pic this is my max steering with how its set up now. in the second pic thats my max right before it starts to bind. you can see i am hard into the body. so i am loosing alot of steering with where the axle is now.

added a fake sway bar to the rear. notched a spot for the rod end to sit in the truss.
