I think the tires look scale like they are

Yep! Not to mention the 750 sized motor attached to the tranny.

My setup is awsome, I crawled the shit out of it this last weekend up in Shasta and it did very well. By far my favorite crawler to play with!

What kind of pics are you looking for? Off body? or crawling pics?

My lastest crawling pics are from last weekend in Shasta Click here for the gallery

I will take some off body pics tonight and upload them, I have modified the layout a little.

Badger
This was a sweet Build up.I like the way you werent afraid of tearing up a Classic.

Have you had any troubles stripping gears inside the axles?. I was thinking of ripping into one of my 3spds and Building a Bruiser based Trails truck but was affraid of ruining a set of good Bruiser cases

Damn I missed this post for a little while!

I have not had any problems with the gears in the axles stripping. I have only broke the front axle once and that was when someone else was driving the truck, and he brakes everything he touches.

wow!!!!...10 yrs later and he responds..

Check this out Badge...since Im going ahead with my Bullett proof trails rig,I went ahead and got myself a set of Bullett proof gearcases.

This Axle has been ballraced with stainless steel-1150 bearings and the Knuckle joint have been shimmed with Caldera shims.

The Axleshaft are Dave ENGLE pre hardened steel item. which is far stronger than the standard item. The Hubshafts are also ENGLE pre hardened steel Items

The knuckle joints run in a brass bush which fits over the posts on the axle casing. This was done to eliminate the up/down (camber) play that tends to plague these vehicles when the posts start to wear.

Heres a link to Daves Bruiser parts

http://www.angelfire.com/super2/rcwebpage/pics.html

I know its OVERKILL and expensive but being that we are dealing with 23+years of old engineering...you might want to look into this incase you ever need to upgrade

BTW,These are Blazing Blazer gearcases...Im hoping the 2.0 rim n tire will look abit more scale

I have seen those before, but I completely forgot about them. He does not have prices on the axles do you happen to know the prices?

I figured they would be expensive but I would not beat the crap out of mine if I was too worried about the prices of these old parts

Here you go newb. These are some pics of my most recent adventure out to Colorado.

The flatbed is about as heavy as J Lo's *** as you can see here.

Here's another run trying to use the Nylint's windshield as a jump.

The truck does not fly well.
