So it looks like if he clocked the axle so the servo is level he might be able to clear a winch no?

I was looking closer at the pic...can you lower the upper link where it attaches to the cab? I didn't go look at mine, but I think I used the lowest hole to mount mine. You could shorten the upper link or lengthen the lower...but that will change other things as well. You'll have to find a nice compromise. I built the front links four times

yes it looks like if i shorten the top lonks the winch will fit also if i shorten the bottoms it might clear the stinger. i need those ball links t come in so i can make the bottom rear links and see what the wheel base is going to be. these thin take a lot of fiddleing to get correct. I wanted to be beating on it all ready

Also got the LEDs working my helper has them right now and is having fun with them she thinks it's a flashlight. Need to find light buckets for 5 mm LEDs need six of em if any one has spares for sale pm me also need six smaller ones I think 3 mm.

I don't have a winch...but I have a grill made of lexan with holes in it and light buckets....so I can remove my hood and change my battery. I used two small "L" brackets and attached it to the winch mounts....

Pictures on the way

Parts came in todayto finish off the links. Shorend the fronts twice the first photo is the first try second photo is the secong try. let me know if the tops have to go shorter. replaced the servo with a hitec 5995tg. installed cc bec. and fot to do some test driving the front shaft is to short( the ckrcc shats that i installed dose not have splines all the way up the female section so under full compression the slip.

Dose the mip shafts female side have splines all the way up?

The bec is also wired for my lights. The rear needs the top links shortend to.
wheel base is at 12.5 inches

Hard to get a good shot of the mounts, but you can see the L brackets

Second photo looks sooo much better...
I use MIP shafts for the wraith....the female end has splines about half way up the shaft from the opening or the business end to the drive end at the output shaft. My rear shaft is almost too short....but still gets good bite.

How's that suicide steering set up work for you? Fully depressed suspension, your servo arm clears the stinger? Looks close.
Are you running 48p or 32p gears?

I know...lots of questions this morning hope you get to run some today

The suicide steering is working fine so far what i did was used a plastic spacer fron an ax 10 kit and lenthend the rods i dinnt like the toe in. 48 pitch 80 tooth spur going to buy an 87 tooth spur. Yes my servo clears the stinger with a little clearence not much but enough. Also need to fix the bottom links if you look closely the rear shocks aent straight. The left bottom link is shorter then the right one is my guess need to mesure it. dont buy the sucide steering. cost to much just make your own

Actually have an STRC set up on the Wraith that works much better than the vanquish links I have on the Wreck....was thoroughly disgusted with the Vanqish stuff...had to modify the hell out of it. They did not do their homework on the links....it should be the same.

So you are using 48p gears...I have a few spurs I would give you. I use 32p in everything now..it's louder but has more contact area.
Send me your address...pm it of course....I'll send you what I have in 48p pinions and spurs.
