Those are CAC from rpphobby. Lue had them and wanted to get rid of them. I just couldn't resist the offer he made.

I used some Mega Truck universal shafts that measure 125 to 165mm. So yeah, they are close to a mile long. The WB is long too. Those huge Mickey's do help close the gap some between the wheels.

I don't get any tire rub ever. I did mount the servo to the axle and removed the frame servo mount bars. The servo tucks completely into that hole with a full suspension compression.

My boys and I went out crawling/mudding the other day. I only go to drive about 15 minutes. And man did I feel like pouting. We were in a new location with a solid rock creekbed. So do you notice anything wrong in this photo?

Well it is time to replace the old links that I originally made for this truck. I have decided to go with some thing a little thicker and use a 4mm set screw too. I'm going to use those G-Made ball ends with this set up too. I hope they work better than what I have been using. So here goes with the 5/16" nickel plates rods.

I like this build, makes me want to build my own TTC rig next instead of a wraith or exo. those axles looked like they could take a serious beating, guess not lol.

Well, a lot has changed on my little toy. I do have beef tubes in the axles now. Along with HD gears and a HR locked spool. I inherited a really nice Savox servo, which is now axle mounted. The links were changed and finished. Now it handles much better than before. I also bought a new body. The old one broke from letting my wife's stupid husband drive it. Maybe I can mend it and have a second color. New color coming soon. And last, I had to change from the steel mega shafts to some punishers. I'm tired of having problems and snapped the last one. I need to get a photo of that posted. I would post more, but no longer have internet at home.

Just got my winch in from TZI. This thing is sweeeeeet. I am using the ole 3 racing winch as a dummy winch for looks. I had a GCM servo mount that after a good trimming fit nicely between the front shock mounts. 200# line from LockedUpRC.

My rebuild on this continues.

I am using an old FXR esc slathered in liquid tape for my winch control. I have pretty much changed out all my electronics too. I am now running a HH 27t TorqueMaster expert with a MMP. I hit the bonus round on a complete Jeep on ebay and now have a Spectrum DX4S, 410 receiver, Castle pro BEC, FXR, and a Hitec 7980TH (WOW!!!). The shafts are now MIP, with the rear lengthened by a friend. The wheels are now Motoworx with PB Rockbeast II and CI foams inside. The axles have now been widened with Beeftubes.

This is such a fun rig to have, but somewhat boring to drive. It seems as though there is nothing it won't go over or through. I was pulling one of my kids on a sled in the snow last week. I did have to get a downhill run to keep it going on flat ground.

Photos wouldn't load today. I guess my computer is having an I.D.10.T. problem today too.
