I'm GLAD this came back to life!! It does have a "Bouncer-esque" look to the Cage. I gotta follow this! I LIKE different - and this is the very definition of the word!!

Hi buddy, how ya doing? Things are quiet around these here parts since you and wad moved away. I've got paddles you can have if you want them. Kinda went a little nuts when I built my FOFF... which is missing parts now and is covered in dust.

Mr.Dean, that would be most excellent sir. . I will pm you...

I think I miss the rocks in the Bay Area, and the over abundant amount of ready crawlers willing to jump at the first mention of a gtg. Mostly trailing and G6 style crawling, I miss the challenge of a good line and a slippery rock....

With that said...they do a bit of sand scorching with some go-fast up here on the coast occasionally....haven’t got anything to offer in that arena. I know some would hate the fact I cut up a perfectly good wreckluce chassis but that’s just the way I roll...I never liked the top heavy aspect anyway.

Thanks for looking . And stay tuned

Well, I found some time, and some materials.....got a new set of paddles from Chino63....thank you Dean

Got a color scheme to try, made some new panels, putting together some parts. Pictures later today. Not as bucks up as I used to be, so parts are coming together slowly

I’m still building this....

I’ll build the interior to fit the freak on the motorcycle....center mount the bow legged bad boy. Might use the handlebar for the steering. Maybe

Stay tuned and thanks for looking

I have issues with the servo crashing into the chassis. I don’t think I can fix it without going to a CMS and panhard set up.... I am not a fan of CMS...

Will have to fab something up...wondered if anyone else had issues with the DLux truss in the front...not a lot of room to do much of anything. I’ll get some better pictures later

Just my opinion, as a casual observer by the pics you've posted, you have 3 choices:

1) CMS & Panhard (as that seems to be what the bracket and screw on the left lower frame rail is for)

2) Modify your frame (cut bottom tube on left side & make a hoop to clearance the DLux Truss), or

3) Turn it into a Facebook Freak with longer shocks

Lol

Of course, number 3...I actually had some 3.5” Bigbore on there originally...it was even worse...

Yes, the screw mount is for a CMS...i’m Leaning towards that. Not sure I want to drag my servo belly/end either...

Thanks for looking

Decided to cut it...

I tried all different kinds of things for a cms...nothing wants to work

If I cut it and strengthen the front a bit it should be fine...I mean hell, i’ve Chopped this already

We’l See how this works

I’m also wrapped up in another build and torn for time. Making some time today for this ....at least have some teaser pics

Ugh.... I’ll post some pics from my phone
