| First every scale build
Im looking at doing my very first scale build using this body that I have had for a few years. Anyone else do a scale build with this body? Im having trouble finding a chassis I want to use that I can get a 13.5 wheel base with that will look right. Im really not wanting to make a custom chassis but its starting to look like my only option. I will also be using for now the 2.2 mudslinger tires with the (i forget the name) delrin bedlock wheels. |

Any chassis should be able to be stretched to 13.5" with some longer rear links, new shock towers in the rear and a driveshaft, shouldn't be too much to change really. I say change the rear because once you change the front you may need a new panhard mount and to relocate the servo, basically a rethink of the steering geometry.
