Have you thought about shortening the Stinger?

Looking a little large now that you have lowered the Roof Line.
Looking Good though what plans for colour?

Funnily enough I was just looking through the photo's of it thinking that...

more cutting and welding it is then!

As for colour I was thinking silver cage or cleaning it up and laquering the bare steel, body work possibly baby blue. but not 100% sure on either.

next build I'm making a list and sticking to it.

Whatever you do Dont Paint your tubework black.
Once it gets some scratches on it it'll really show up.

Silvers Good or Gun Metal

Hurry up and get it done."thumbsup"

yeah it was black when i got it and I wasn't keen think cages look much better lighter colours.

its getting there though I was hoping to have it done sooner but injuring myself earlier in the week has really slowed me down and back up paying work which also needs doing

Dont rush it , thats what I was doing and now its slow down and really sit back and look at it , make sure your happy with it first. Yours looks really good so far , are you putting a winch on or lights?

I'm planing on winch and lights, servo winch at the front and a wireless for the rear...

Ditched the CMS today running the chassis so low I couldn't get a panhard to work and without bumpsteer was crazy, so back to axle mounted.

just a few last tweaks then on to chassis clean up then paint. :)

Not really but then I cut out the bottom and mounted a wraith skid so it wasn't an issue!

Hope you get it sorted ok.

Got a delivery today from cappu, would love the VP stuff but can't afford it!

http://i1231.photobucket.com/albums/...psa718a333.jpg
http://i1231.photobucket.com/albums/...psc12550cd.jpg

also tested out the new light bar
http://i1231.photobucket.com/albums/...ps7d9531d0.jpg

and as I had two sets of steering components thought i'd better try out four wheel steer!

http://i1231.photobucket.com/albums/...ps0c0f8c6d.jpg
http://i1231.photobucket.com/albums/...ps52eac63d.jpg
and electrics were thrown on so I could have a little test drive

http://i1231.photobucket.com/albums/...ps95554180.jpg

really pleased with how it drove took it for a quick spin over some rocks in the garden but with all the rain lately the sand stone was super slippy so not much of a proper test. like the 4ws though!

They're a Hong Kong based company I think. For the princely sum of 18 pounds I got c hubs knuckles cvds servo mount y harness bearings and all hard wear to fit them! I got them off eBay took about 2 1/2 weeks to get here was worried about quality but everything fits together nice.

i had a quick look but can't find a website for cappu but read some where it's re-branded integy and had a look at their site and found this... https://www.integy.com/st_prod.html?...57&p_catid=313

which is exactly what turned up when i ordered the cappu stuff.

yeah about $30 but that was in an auction i think the normal price is more than that!

Well only run it a couple of times in the garden so far and seems ok, although i've decided to take out the big connector bit between the drag bar and the steering link arm. if you see what i mean?
