Default Any GMC fans???

Havent seen many of the GMC Topkicks out there so here is the beginnings of my version. This truck is going to be my entry to our local scale comps so there are a few things that had to be sacrificed in order for it to perform better. Kind of new to scaling so be easy on me but let me know if I am going the wrong direction.

What i would do i would just run 1.9's on it. And get a wraith for 2.2. We had this one at our ttc..

I like the idea of big 1.9s too, but only if you want semi scale. If you want over the top...go with your plan.

I took all of the parts off of a wraith that I had. I wanted something a little different from what all of the rest of the guys are running. It is going to be tight on fenderwell clearance so do you all think I should try trimming first or should I just try and pinch the front and rear to make some tire room. I am still not sure if these are the tires I am going to run. They are some custom 6in cobras I made and they are awesome. The only thing wrong with them is they are huge for this build. I really like the look of the 2.2 TSL's so I may try and get some of those.

The chassis that I have is going to work pretty good. I just dont know what it is. Thanks. After I get everything worked out I will tear her down and clean her up and take some good build thead pics. Working out the details for now. I am hoping that with a little smaller tire the body will fit just right. This thing is going to look right at home with a sled behind it in the spring scale comps.
