Well guys the sand rail runs I was going to head out to the beach on sunday but we had a 1:1 monster mash truck shock disaster and had to take it back with my stepdad to TNT Coversions and help rebuild the shock So no beach for me :-( Well now at least to action shocks will show it 100% complete I made alot more body panels and a spoiler off the back after seeing some photos of a 1:1 sand rail in the latest off road adventure magazine. I also stripped the chrome off a juggernaut light bar and sprayed that black and with very little grinding it was perfect fit. I install my novak BL 5800 ss system, I also hid the reciever up under the dash. I am still debating weather or not it should have the roof rack. I still have to decal it with the sheriffs dept stickers and find those cell phone seats (ebay) and install a column and steering wheel with some extra guages. Well here are the latest photos, Thanks for looking Mike Now for some opinions, where the back seats would be if it were a 4 seater I was thinking of putting in a panel across BUT having a Parma Hemi engine poking through Any thoughts of opinions on that? later Mike |

did you narrow those rear paddles or are the just stock. i double narrowed mine, it made them a little taller and rounded out the tops a little. i think it makes em bite a little better in the deep soft stuff. very nice looking rail. |

The only way you could pull of the engine in the back would be to put a filter sock on the scoop! I think it would add a great touch, that and a monster set of headers coming out over the rear (with stainless tips of course).

The fronts and rears both have the inside bead hacked off. I think they look much better this way too. I cant wait to get it in the sand, I am kinda hoping it pull wheelies but I am not sure as its very long...might have to strap some more cells into it Thanks for all the feedback guys Mike | |

Well guys I was praying these would fit and they do!!! I have to mount them so they sit up a little bit higher. Now I can finally finish the dash, get the steering wheel mounted and the custom guages made up. I am also going to get 2 more seats for the back so itll be a 4 seater -Mike |

the rear seats would go in front of the rear shocks...definately would look like a scale 4 seater......the hemi would look cool too but the mid engine rails the motor is right about where the shock tower is....if you hacked the motor to fit over the shock tower that might work.....or make some sort of ls1 cover with fake headers.......

I still say it needs a driver, and maybe even a rider.
