That came out great, the terrain loomed very scale actually as well.

Love the truck and only change I would make is getting some tires that are truly Ultra4 style.

Fantastic work.

The proportions look great. Glad you stuck with the 1.9s.

What shocks are those? They handle the truck well

They appear to be the black RC4WD True Scale Dual Rate shocks. I'm guessing they are the 90mm but might be the 110mm.

Thanks guys...sorry been a busy few days. Yes, this truck deserves some more appropriate tires, but I couldn't justify a set of tires that I wouldn't end up using again.

The shocks are 110mm RC4wd scale shocks. Normally I wouldn't recommend them for anything other than scale looks, but for some reason, this pair worked really well! No sticking at all. They did end up running in almost full droop though. A lot of "tuning" really just happened by luck and the rig worked as well as you can see in the video!

I had an absolute blast making the video. I never had plans of hanging on to this one, but I know I'd regret letting it go. Ugggh, I'm a scale hoarder! Someone help me!

My little guy is watching me type and he sees the smilies and wants to play the "happy and sad game" So, I've got to let him rock it out! "Now you've got to do the message." Gotta love a four year old.

That shot at 3:45 where the truck slides in and the sun is shining through the cage is epic.
That's a truly great video and a great rig.

After watching this and Rivas Concepts video what's interesting to me is that the RC4WD shocks that don't have any damping actually let the suspension move very realistically.

Nice work.

I worked really hard to get this kind of footage. I shot about two hours of video and edited it down to the vid!!! I like to use these shocks to get scale looks in videos. In real life, a dampened setup would be more desirable, but with the slow motion, it adds realism. It's all part of the plan!

I learned a lot from watching Rivas concepts, Ferndogg's and Ray wallace's videos. There are a lot of elements that make their videos so cool.

Thanks again Joe. On this video, I was chasing the lighting and just when I thought I lost the sun, it broke through the clouds. Game back on! I got a new mac and the imovie editing software is a dream. I'm no pro by any means, but when you know what you want to achieve, and you can take raw footage and make it more than it is through the software, it really gets exciting. I'm looking forward to the next vid of the next rig in line. Subscribe to the channel for updates. Just don't expect anything soon! Thanks for looking. Greg

I heard about the new track and need to learn more. I don't have plans on running the rig, but might make a few appearances to check out the scene. I've kept the rig for a rainy day sale (it's still in great condition) and more scale vids. I've got bashers that I could run instead. If you have any info on when the track is going to open, let me know. Greg

Kawasaki make funny! If you send down that chassis you promised, I'll park it next to you on the starting line. First one to lose a wheel hex buys the beer.

Hi. Do you still own the truck? I really need to talk to the owner. If you have a Facebook account please send me a PM with a link.
Thanks
