| Krawl's trail "fun" truck
This truck has been built for a while now. It has been the truck to get me having fun again with this hobby i am not going to go into too much detail about this chassis as i dont have many pics of it, but a new one is almost in the works when all the laser cut pieces arrive I will say it has been a learning experience with brazing and also getting an 8 lb truck to crawl as close to my sporty as possible. chassis with body fresh paint, and some idea of just how tight everything is going to be up front. skid and underside coverage. front steering mockup. some power! axial steel gears,CI outputs, 32 pitch gears and mip's rx8 with pro 4 2400 on 4 cell. still fast but the low end crawling resolution is excellent! |

Long and low, love the look of the chassis and integration of carbon fiber pieces.

What do you think of the tars, and what's your foam setup? New chassis will be badass, build extras! |

they are still too soft for racing but the crawling side does really well. i think after i get a few more packs on them and they start to round over the lugs, the soft compound will actually work better with the stiffer foam to make the rubber work more.

I know the new voodoos look and perform good. I'm curious how your treps were working before. Were they R35 or the harder compound? Also, how did the siping pattern you had work out? I got them in R35 for my U4 build as I got a good deal and they are being run by a lot of 1/1 U4 rigs. Thanks, Dana |

And they worked amazing! I don't have near enough time and tuning on the u4's but I am optimistic..

Very nice rig J! Looking at those new laser done up bits I think I know what direction you're headed in. That engine as simple as it is looks very sweet. I mean simple as in idea, not simple to make I will look good in Teds collection, knowing he'll eventually steal it. |
