Default Starting a new project (haven't decided on a name yet)

Finally got everything together for this. Temporarily stealing the electronics from my SCX 10 until I can afford some more.

Got the main chassis plate cut and screwed the transmission, RX box, and ESC down so far. next up is making the tube frame and then panels:

More progress this weekend, hopefully.

Nice. Might want to move the pumpkin side on the axles to the opposite side because if you run it like that your driveshafts will be at a extreme angle and the motor will be in the way of your chassis. And might wana shrink up the skid.

Thanks for the suggestions tuner! I'll be completely redoing/shrinking the skid, and'll flip everything at that time.

Got some brazing equipment and taught myself to braze today. Think it turned out pretty nice, considering they're the only 4 joints I've ever made haha. It'll be the roof, or at least the start of it:

Now I need a jig to continue doing this properly ( made the roof with a square piece of wood and a vice). any suggestions? I could altenately make one of my own with some sheet steel and vices?

No brazing today, but bent up the main frame:

now to figure out what kind of bumper I want to make...

Got the stinger done:

how it'll be mounted to the chassis (roughly):

Anyone got any suggestions for making a jig to braze it on? I've just been using a vice up till now, but as this isn't a right angle, it won't work for this (Or any future angled pieces).
