Default Attempt at scale glory.

***Edit*** I have the electronics in there, not mounted in their final spot, just in there. They look like hell at the moment, I just wanted to make sure it ran.***Edit***Well, this is my first attempt at a scale truck. Its about 50% done so far

TLT
Pede
Axiom 55t
Masher 2k
K2-3s
60mm shocks from run2jeepn
Just your standard crap.
F-100 body
I have a winch I need to hook up, but havent found a good place to mount it yet. After looking at these pictures, I noticed the body is a tad crooked.. damn.

Looks good so far. Narrow those mashers and you'll be golden.

Small update, after 3 hours piddle dicking around with the radio I think I cured the glitch...

I added a bed, the spots in the paint are there on purpose, I'm going to hit it with some rust colored paint to make it look rusty.

I really like the bed, is there any way to sink it in further? I'm guessing you're bottoming out on the chassis though.

Originally the bed was going to be deeper, but my electronics are going under the bed eventually, so it couldnt be too deep.

I think it turned out really well. Once I finish the canback it should look somewhat decent.

IF I put the exo on it, red. Then I'll call it "Sleigher", but that cage is crooked and the joints are horrid. Its already unscale enough, a crooked exo wouldnt be very good.

Put the cage on. it`ll look like some redneck with a little buzz box did it in his backyard.

Funny, thats how it actually came about in the first place. What is a good paint I can brush on the lexan that will give a rusted look? I have some copper that I tinkered with but didn't really have the look I was going for.

That wooden bed is a nice scale touch.

Great Job!
