Default Land Cruiser J60 build / mini large scale

I combined Losi Mini Crawler and scx10 chassis.
Axles need to be narrow, like tractor and wheels placed very close to each other.

Installed 2.2 RC4WD Mud Basher tires on 3D printed tractor wheels.

I found this body in the attic (It was stored there for decades) and added some details. It's about 1/16 scale.
Or is it actually a Land Cruiser body?

Looks like it wanted to be a Land cruiser/Cherokee, but didn’t have licensing. Very interesting build indeed.

Thanks! It may be. I thought it was some kind of Nissan Patrol, but I think there were stickers on it, which I removed, saying that it is Land Cruiser. But it can be my false memories.

Converting it to 1/6 scale ATV.

This is ZY Toys body, originally it's not RC.

Disassemble the body and cut some pieces to install on the chassis.

These axles are a little bit shorter than original, which are quite short too.

I love the design of the ATV, it is perfect.

I also replaced the steering "wheel" with a metal one.

It's huge, close to a 1/10 scale truck! And quite heavy.

Doing this run was so bizarre!
I just started and because all the parts are very compact,
transmission gear has torn off three wires from the ESC which connect it with the receiver.
I spent about an hour in the woods fixing it, connecting the wires and sealing with plasticine.
I try to have as many tools with me as I can. And finally it worked.

Marty is pretty dirty after this run. Well, me too.

It looks much better as an ATV. I really like it!
